Talking about its scope in India, it includes all the Minority Communities -


In order to promote the education of needy students, in order to advance them, many schemes of various scholarships have been implemented by the Central Government and the State Government, which will help them to pay the huge fees of their school, college, to meet the needs of their courses.

Talking about its scope in India, it includes people from Sikh, Jain, Buddhist, Christian and Persian communities along with Muslims. Minority scholarship can be obtained from first class to top class i.e. first class which is called first class in Hindi From, to graduation, post graduation can be achieved provided you are studying regularly, whether it is government or private institute or school or college. 

The scholarship from first class to matric ie 10th class is called PREMATRIC scholarship and from 11th class to top class i.e. all the classes after 11th class, the scholarship received for those classes is named post matric scholarship. 

Now Let's Talk About-

1. PREMATRIC SCHOLARSHIP – 

Under this scheme, the parents whose total annual income is up to one lakh rupees, that is, not more than one lakh but less than one lakh.

Every year 1000 rupees is deposited in the bank account of the child in a lump sum as a help to the children from class 1st to class 5th, provided the child has scored more than 50% marks. In this the selection is done on the basis of merit. And students from class VI to class X get up to Rs 5200 as scholarship.

As a document, the child's Aadhar card, which is his mark sheet of class pass and bank pass book is necessary, as well as the name of the child should not be a mismatch in any document, that is, the spelling of the child's name should be the same in all the documents. The computer will NOT EXCEPT.

2. Post Matric Scholarship – 

As mentioned above, under this scheme, candidates of class XI or above are included who are regularly studying in any institute or government school or college. Parents whose total annual income is up to two lakh rupees, that is, not more than two lakhs but less than two lakhs.

Scholarship for them is given on the basis of class. As far as the documents are concerned, along with the latest color photographs of the students, the other documents which are scanned and uploaded are as follows –

  • Aadhaar 
  • Bank Pass Book
  • Marksheet
  • Residence
  • Fee Receipt
  • Photo
  • School Verification Bonafide which is downloaded after filling the online form. 
  • Self declaration form which is available with the online form filler.

These forms are filled online on the National Scholarship Portal, the last dates of which are as follows –

1. The last date to fill the online form of PREMATRIC Scholarship was 15th November 2021 which has now been increased to 30th November

2. The last date to fill the POSTMATRIC Scholarship Form is 30 November 2021.
